My name is Suzi Kruger Aldwinckle. I am passionate about creating the space for others to discover their potential in a non-judgemental, safe environment through the transformative power of coaching.
I was born, raised and educated in South Africa. I practiced medicine (as Dr. Kruger), for nine years in South Africa, the UK and Australia. My husband and I came to the US in 2006 whilst I was pregnant with my first child.
In the next five years, my life changed radically from being a professional to becoming a mother in a new country with a young family and no clear way back to my medical career.
I found that through coaching I was able to see other possibilities for my life that could bring meaning and challenge. I overcame ingrained beliefs of what a career should look like and instead followed a path that was informed by my purpose, moving through the world in a way that inspires connection and kindness. This led to my decision to train as a yoga teacher and, a few years later, as a professional coach. I work with doctors, entrepreneurs and leaders, because I understand what it takes to be in a profession, to do the work of getting there and to hold the responsibilities that it requires. I also know what it means to change careers and create something meaningful for yourself whatever your circumstances. This is why I have come full circle. To make a difference in lives, to support others in taking care of themselves so that they can continue to live their purpose in this world with energy and fulfillment.
I work in Sacramento California where I live with my husband and two children. I run my coaching business from home and I teach yoga online and also in person at Oneflow Yoga Studio in Sacramento.
